Call Handling Solutions closed their Stafford offices in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In common with many companies, Call Handling Solutions, closed their offices when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the UK in late March 2020.

The company, which  provides professional and cost-effective call handling services to companies from all over the UK, were able to equip their staff to provide full services while working from home.

This meant that the office has been largely empty for many months.

Company Director, Bruce Ridley, is a member of the BNI Sir Stanley Matthews chapter, based in Barlaston, Staffordshire, along with our Managing Director, Lizzie Ward.

Having heard Lizzie give a presentation on legionella safety, Bruce contacted SAS Water for advice.

Bruce said: “Since late March 2020 we’ve had limited staff visits to the office to complete tasks such as fire alarm tests, back ups and check building security.

“We are now looking to return to a more office based working arrangement in May/June 2021 and we need to ensure everything is ready.

“The advice provided during the site audit, along with the detailed risk assessment, has allowed our business to put into place regular testing to ensure the safety and well being of our staff as they return to more normal working arrangements.

“The unseen risk of legionella, following a return to an office not used for over 12 months, has been averted, and we’ve now got a regular testing process in place that is simple to carry-out and easy to evidence.
